Before installation — Do
- Place container on flat, level, solid surface (RCC platform)
- Keep 1m clearance around unit for airflow & maintenance
- Confirm power supply voltage and phase match requirements
- Ensure proper grounding for safety
- Perform Pre-Trip Inspection (PTI) before use
- Clean condenser coil weekly (unit off first)
- Clean drain hose to avoid blockages
- Close control box tightly after inspection
- Disconnect controller before welding nearby
Before installation — Don't
- Install on tilted, loose, or uneven surfaces
- Plug in if ISO socket or cable is wet
- Perform hot work near the unit or container body
- Allow water into the controller box
- Make unauthorized cable extensions or joints
- Run container if oil or gas leakage is detected
After installation — Do
- Test run 15–30 minutes to confirm proper cooling
- Switch OFF before opening main container doors
- Record container number and install date in log
- Maintain regular cleaning schedule
After installation — Don't
- Skip initial performance check after setup
- Operate with unresolved wiring or power issues
- Ignore error messages, alarms, or warning lights
- Delay important reports and checklist entries
- Leave site without usage instructions & contacts
